Unitype offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy for products purchased directly from Unitype. If you are not satisfied with your Unitype product you may return it to Unitype within 30 days of the date of sale for a complete refund of the product cost. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded. You must obtain an RMA number from Unitype before returning any product. Please see Return Policy below for more information.
Unitype products purchased from another company, including reseller companies advertised on this website, are subject to the sales terms of those companies and do not qualify for this 30 day guarantee. Check with the company from which you choose to purchase concerning its sale and return policies.
Unitype accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Payments by money order or bank check are also accepted. All payments must be in US dollars.
Order Processing Time
In most cases orders will be shipped within 24 hours. In some cases processing time may take up to 48 hours. The customer will be notified if there should be any greater delay.
Most US domestic retail sales are delivered by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. In some cases Unitype may deliver by UPS. International retail sales are usually delivered by Express Mail International. In some cases Unitype may deliver by UPS. Wholesale orders are delivered by UPS or by Express Mail International.
Return Product Procedure
This return procedure applies to both retail and wholesale customers. All merchandise returned for credit or refund must include the complete package contents. Before returning any merchandise to Unitype the customer must contact Unitype to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Request a RMA number by emailing email@example.com. State in the email that you are requesting a RMA, the reason you want to return the product, and the serial number(s) of the product you want to return.
Serial numbers are located on the back of the product package. All merchandise sold by Unitype is serialized, and no merchandise will be accepted for return without a valid Unitype serial number. Unitype will contact you if we need additional information or if there is a problem with authorizing the return. Once approved you will receive your RMA number by email.
Do not return your product to Unitype until you receive a RMA number. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the return package and labeled as "RMA". Any customer package arriving at Unitype not displaying a RMA number will be returned to the sender. The customer must prepay the shipment. Unitype will not accept any C.O.D. packages. Return the product to Unitype using some verifiable method such as UPS, Priority Mail with Confirmation, etc. Unitype will not be responsible for any returned merchandise "lost in the mail".
Final approval for issuance of any refund or credit will depend upon Unitype's inspection of the returned merchandise and its verification as legitimate and accurate according to the customer's return request.
Overstock returns from wholesalers are approved only for unsold merchandise returned in new condition. Any merchandise returned as overstock, which is verified as having been sold or transferred to another customer or party, or which is judged by Unitype to be in used condition will not be accepted for return credit or refund. Overstock returns are no longer accepted for any Unitype product prior to Version 3.01 Build 226 (dated January 13, 2004).
