Shipping Methods

U.S. domestic retail orders requiring the shipment of a physical product are delivered by Priority Mail. In some cases delivery may be by UPS.

U.S. domestic retail orders are charged a flat shipping & handling fee of $7.50 (US dollars).

International retail orders are delivered by Priority Mail International. In some cases delivery may be by UPS.

International retail orders are charged a flat shipping & handling fee of $45.00 (US dollars).


Return Policy

Unitype encourages customers to contact Unitype Sales with any questions prior to purchase; or, to download and test the online trial version of Unitype software to insure its usability for any particular purpose. The trial version can be downloaded from https://www.unitype.com/trybuy.php.

If any software media such as a CD is included with the order, Unitype warranties the condition of the media for 90 days from the date of sale. For defective media, Unitype's sole obligation is to replace the defective media for no additional charge. Contact Unitype Sales in order to receive a media replacement.
